Important! We do not ship with UPS as we have recently had damage to an insured cabinet and UPS
would not honor contract! We ship Fedex insured now. We take photo’s of the order in the box.
All cabinets can be picked up in person and not be charged SnH. We ship insured and pack professionally.
Any damage claims will be handled with shipping insurance!
We do pack very well and it is a very time consuming job.

We cannot guarantee any speaker other than the guarantee that it will leave in the same shape it arrived to us. Do to the nature of speakers and amplifiers we can’t be responsible for speakers! Weber has a very good warrantee and all speakers from Weber carry their warrantee. All used vintage speakers are as is but have been inspected and played through on 10!
We have no control over damage during shipping! We pack very well and insure for full amount. Any damage should be reported to Fedex.
