SSP custom speakers cabinets, pedal boards, custom rack
design, true bypass pedals!
SSP uses Baltic Birch plywood and area hardwoods.
Our joinery and our price makes SSP cabs the best value
around! We use tongue and groove joints which are hard to beat.
The speaker boards and backs are dadoed in. Organic handles
routed into the cabinet make for a one of a kind, natural
look that stands out from others and are available by request, metal
recessed cup handles are standard on cabinets unless wood handles
are requested (No extra charge for wood handles).
No screws are needed in the building of SSP cabs! Low price and a
great joint. Custom orders are built to the original request
(customer specs) and anything added later increases
the cost. I am a working musician first! I understand what musicians
need!

Melvin ordered a custom rig from SSP. I was fortunate
enough to be the guitarist with Melvin at this show so I
played this rig for the 1st time! Sarno classic into a new
tube Mcintosh MC275, 3 JBL E120’s, SSP 3/4 cab and
custom flight cases.
I added dimensions for my cabs on the construction page.

I don’t mind any questions from folks building
their own cabinets at all! I will share any and all
knowledge or tips I can. Just ask:) It may take
a while to get back since I am a professional
working musician first and I build cabinets for
fun. This is not my living or I would charge a
lot more for cabs:) I could hire a few guys
and mass produce cabinets but then quality
would be out of my control. I build every
cabinet from beginning to end by myself!

WE DO NOT USE UPS FOR SHIPPING ANY PACKAGE EVER!
Every piece of wood cut, finished and assembled is
done in house, by SSP! Nothing is outsourced!!!!
NO CORNERS ARE CUT EVER! It takes a fair
amount of time to build each cabinet as there are
many steps. It takes time to build SSP boxes and it
could be 30 to 60 days unless cabinets are in stock.
We like Weber speakers and vintage JBL’s. SSP can’t guarantee used speakers!
